Duplex - Gymea Bay
The mixed use of Weathertex products and brickwork coupled with the striking balcony ceiling design made this project not only a standout in the area but earned it a place in the Sustainable Design Trends Catalogue for 2021.Â
It was not only the external features that made this project special but details internally such as solid timber flooring in the hallway and stair treads, led strip light to stair handrail, Fresco feature wall in the entry, epoxy flooring to garage and a sleek, modern designed kitchen.
Brickfield had a major input in the design and choice of finishes and styling throughout the entire project.
Prince Street Residence
This luxurious residence oozes style from the New York Marble slabs on the entry floors and stairs to the marble slab feature wall with fireplace in the living room. Beautiful polyurethane kitchen with full butler's kitchen, basement garage, designer tiles to bathrooms, commercial grade windows and custom joinery to bathrooms and laundry.
